If internet cafe, any coffeehouse, branch addresses of cargo companies or any public areas are specified as the delivery address, the order will be canceled and delivery will not be made to these addresses.

 

 

RETURN TERMS

All of our customers; the consumer is entitled to a legal refund within 7 business days under the Right to Withdraw without Reason.

You can send your return back for free with the shipping company we work with. The return of products whose original packaging is damaged, destroyed, damaged due to any use is not accepted. The return of all kinds of software, programs, PLAK, DVD, VCD, CD and cassettes, computer and stationery materials is accepted only if the package is not opened, intact, used and tried.

After we receive your return:

An information email will be sent to you, and once your return is approved, the product will be returned to your credit card, which you paid for within 10 business days, which is the legal period. REPLACEMENT CONDITIONS
